The one with the umbrella is to tell men to practise their golf swings at home. Many Japanese mens practise their golf swings while waiting for the train, etc and sometimes with their umbrella.

A big problem in Japan is that men flash women on trains, at staions, etc. Happened to me many times! This is to say that flashing is not acceptable and it actually 'leaves a deep scar in the hearts' of the women that they do it to.
